CYPRUS TRAILS: Walking – Troodos A & C Falls

The Troodos A&C Falls walking trail is a combination of the Artemis and Caledonia Waterfall trail (or with Millomeris Waterfall trail), depending on traveller's preference and time availability.

Firstly the trail takes place. Thereafter, time and location dependant, additional attractions can be visited: Once we complete the walk(s) we return to the pickup location stopping at attractions subject to time availability. The overall itinerary may differ depending on the pick up location. From Nicosia we may visit for example Kakopetria and or Agios Nicolaos tis Stegis Unesco World Heritage painted church. From Limassol we may visit Omodos village and/or Kelephos medieval Venetian bridge, etc. From Larnaca we may visit Kamares Aqueduct. The trip may be customised to include a meal at a traditional village restaurant, winetasting, etc.

• Artemis trail (8 km / 5 mi, flat and easy) is the highest elevation trail in Cyprus with unique flora on the island. When the weather is clear it offers excellent vistas to many parts of Cyprus.
• Caledonia Waterfalls Trail (linear, 3 km / 2 mi, long and steep) at an elevation of down to 1,000 m offers quite a different environment (eg. plane trees, strawberry trees, violas, brambles, bracken, trout if walkers are lucky). It runs in a lush valley crossing the stream a few times.
• The combination of the two trails offers a rich experience over a considerably elevation range in Cyprus.

• Pickup location : At an agreed location: eg. hotel, resort or Landmark of main city: such as Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Pissouri, Protaras, Ayia Napa.
• From Agia Napa or Protaras the trip would make sense if the duration is 8 or 10 hours, as, due to the significant distance, there is considerable time to be spent in the car.

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• A maximum of four (4) people per booking (an additional 20 Euro if total number of participants is five and 30 Euro if the total number is six instead of a maximum of four)
